Where pets come first
Problem: Pets at Home is the largest specialist pet supplies retailer in the UK. It has a nationwide network of 450 superstores offering a one-stop-shop for pet-related products and services. The website was dated, load times were too long resulting in drop offs and poor conversion rates. The eCommerce integration, information pages and account section to name a few lacked consistency.
Solution: The website redesign now mirrors the brand and reflects the friendly, caring and fun experience that pet owners experience in store. This project was ran in 2 week sprints, ensuring buy-in from key stake holders. Designed on a component level ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and delivering a AA accessibility .
