Pets at Home Tailster

Problem: Pets at home partnered with Tailster, the largest online pet care platform in the UK, with over 30,000+ approved, vetted and insured carers. Targeting key areas in London as an acquisition piece and invited them to use the service. Owners can track their pet’s walks, message the carers and receive photo updates from them. Giving them peace of mind when work or life commitments get in the way,

 

Solution: Developed a creative concept based around ‘We’ll walk the walkies’. Walkies is one of the happiest times for a dog, Tailster makes it easy for pet owners to connect with trusted dog walkers that work to their schedules and budget. Easy to find the perfect match for their pet, whether a quick walk around the block or a two-hour exploration in the local woods. Tailster as a brand had very little visual identity, a quirky illustration style, often exaggerating features and breeds of dogs. Using this a base I refined the style, adding subtle gradients, drop shadows and developed a softer, friendlier style.
